After serving over 30 years in senior leadership positions for corporate and non-profit organizations, I understand the cultural differences and the common leadership principles inherent in both spaces. I have worked with non-profit organizations to coach and train their international leaders on a variety of development topics. In Tirana, Albania I worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs, a team of local HR professionals, and a group of business university students. In Chiang Mai, Thailand I met with a team of multinational Bible translation support personnel.
